Junior's Club Championship

FORMAT OF PLAY

The Junior Club Championship is a gross stroke play event for juniors ages 5 to 17.  All participants are required to play their own ball to the hole. Juniors will be divided into age groups and will compete against others within their age division.  
 
REQUIREMENTS

Players must be able to walk and carry their own bag for the number of holes required for their age division. Familiarity with the Rules of Golf is required. Parents are encouraged to participate with scoring and are permitted to caddie.
 
SCHEDULE

Tee Times will start at 2:00 PM with the older kids teeing off first and the younger kids teeing off last. Boys & Girls ages 11-13 are required to play 18 holes (9 holes on Saturday and 9 holes on Sunday). Boys and Girls ages 14-17 are required to play 36 holes (18 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday).  All other age divisions will play on Sunday and follow the hole requirements listed below.

GIRLS
5 - 7 YEAR OLDS        3    HOLES
8 - 10 YEAR OLDS      6    HOLES

 

TGC at Sacconnesset, a Rees Jones design, is located in Falmouth, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod. One hour from Boston and 45 minutes from Providence, Rhode Island.
